Some story jobs will not start until Jason and Lucia have raised the money. The options Nelson named:

Rockstar had already said the getaway car and access to weapons would matter more when setting a job up. This is the first clear account of those systems.

The world keeps a record

Leonida has buses and trains you can ride. Nelson also said police, pedestrians, and the weather react in more places than before.

  • Police can retain clothing, appearance, weapons, vehicles, and CCTV exposure. Changing or discarding those can limit what they know.
